Luxury Villa 20 V3

Private villas, each with a sea view and private pool, situated in the warmest area of Funchal (Madeira Island) Vitoria (Quebradas de baixo), between banana plantations above Praia Formosa. The fantastic microclimate of the island ensures year-round sunshine. These houses have heated floors and pools, and are well prepared for permanent residence, not only in summer but in winter too.
Construction of these houses was completed in 2009!
Each Villa has a total area of approximately 300-400m2 and has been decorated by interior designer Omer Berber using furniture from the renowned Italian furniture manufacturing, the Selva.

 Each house has a private garden of about 750m2, a barbecue,  garden furniture and a shower near the pool. Each pool is 24m2  and is heated to 27 degrees.

 Individual air conditioning in every bedroom, dining room and  living room.

 V3 has 3 bedrooms (each with its own bath), linens of the  highest quality (percale 400 thread-known brand Piubelle Portuguese), and all bathrooms have heated floors and towel.

 V4 consists of two suites with private bathrooms and 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom.

 All suites have a king size bed of 2x2m in size, wardrobe, safe and balcony with beautiful views of Funchal, the Atlantic or Cabo Girão.

Each room has a bookcase, desk and unlimited Wi-Fi.

All rooms are located on the second floor. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, study room and bathroom. The basement is a garage for two cars.

All kitchens are equipped as follows: LG Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, iron. The full set of cutlery to serve a beautiful table and for cooking is available for use. The dining room consists of a large sliding table and chairs, dresser / buffet overlooking the pool, living room with sofa and coffee table, plasma TV, 98 HD channels (including RTR Planeta, Inter) and a connection for iPod / USB / HDMI.

Housekeeping is done once a week with a complete change of bed linen and towels and cleaning of the kitchen. You can request an additional cleaning of the house which includes a change of bed linen.

5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop (the bus runs every 10 minutes to the centre of Funchal)
3 minutes by car or 20 minutes to walk to Praia Formosa
3 minutes’ drive to the Madeira Shopping Centre
10 minutes to walk to the nearby typical restaurant

Conditions and what is included in the price:
Check-in at 16:00 and Check-out 12:00
Housekeeping and complete change of sheets, bath and beach towels - one day a week
Small dogs up to 5kg are accepted
Pool cleaning and gardening - a once a week
If necessary - Crib, crib linen and high chair available
